Let me know of any concerns, questions, or issues you're having while shopping in the Manic Pixie Cat Lady shop. (nothing is too little or too stupid). I want to help, and I hope I can. I encourage others to answer anything they feel they can help on as well. You can also leave suggestions, currencies you'd like added to the currency converter, and other things you think would help those in the future.

This isn’t necessarily a shop issue but a forum post notification issie. I got a notification recently for a recent reply and when I clicked on the View Comment button, it took me to my App Store to download the Spaces app. I didn’t download the app because I am overly suspicious of such things, and I had to come here and hunt for it.
Thank you so much, Alex! :) I do hope it is faulty. I’ve got a sheet of other stickers including the WHAT although that’s on my door. That’s been stuck there fine since it arrived. The sheet stickers haven’t been an issue. I did wonder whether it was the sizing? Idk. And you’re right, Jasmine is still in PREPARE mode ;) She wants to join Susie’s Spy Skoo! 🥷👀
Hey lovely. Just found this as a way of contacting you - hope it’s ok. It’s about the PREPARE sticker I purchased. It’s not sticky. I wanted to stick it in the middle of Jasmine’s wheel (I’m trying to attach pics but idk if they’ll upload. I did send them via Facebook) but the stickers immediately started to peel and I don’t want them to fall on her or the wheel. Instead of a replacement I can print out the word again using permanent vinyl if you wouldn’t mind letting me know the correct font. Love you! Lou 💕
Me again... sorry, but this is a separate question... since I am in the United States & you are in Canada... do you know how we get packages here? Most often when I place orders from out of country they come from wherever the person is shipping from & transferred to DHL (honestly, I have no idea what ot stands for). However, I was wonderring if there was anyway we could "upgrade" delivery because DHL and the regular postal service (USPS) in my area are so bad! 😂 if not, I totally understand.

Alex, I just placed an order (#10057) and there was no place for me to put my billing information in. The shipping address and billing address are the same, but it just has my name, phone number & United States listed for billing. I just wanted you to know that shipping & billing are the same.

Love, love, love the new stickers, especially bunny horse!! Yayyy! Just to let you know, the title of your sticker of the large cat with big eyes is “I Pretend Cats Cat Talk.” I thought you might want to edit that when you get a chance.

Thank you Alex - there's no rush to do this. Please take time. It would also be useful to get feedback from buyers if the clothing is true to size or if we should size up/down. I struggle to get clothing both in size & suitability for my age anyway as I'm super tiny & skinny due to having congenital kypho-scoliosis. I'm in large kids sizes around age 11-12 years. I'm lacking in the chest area too. Maybe 32" chest as a rough guide. But plenty going on behind as large spinal curves that cause pelvis tilt & a wonky waistline. Clothing is better loose not tight as everything twists around when I walk. But its all good -I'm not naked yet! 🤣
Figured out the size guide issue!! Sort of.. I didn't realize that the website I use to sell my merch wasn't transferring over the size guides at all, and so I actually have to do that manually... Super annoying, but good thing it's on my radar. I'll try to have that done in the next few days if not this evening ❤️
A size guide thing would be ace please. I guessed for the teens (and got it right, phew) but I have no idea what I would be... The differences between UK and US sizing a quite different and I suppose Canadian is a whole other thing!
Personally, I would like to see a size guide or details of chest size as I don’t know what a Canadian small ladies is or a large youth size.
