I love you, Chicken

Well, I never would have guessed that a cat and chicken would be my saviours today. But these two besties (one-sided? 🤔) fell in to my lap when I really needed them.

This was the first morning in AGES where I felt creatively stunted. For some reason, I just couldn't do it. The words weren't there. My brain was off, my voice is off, it was all just... off. I tried to work on soooo many videos... Tried starting a few brand new ones, but that wasn't working. Tried working on ones that were almost done, but they were still missing something and I couldn't put my finger on it. Even tried doing a susie video but I just COULDN'T GET IT RIGHT. It took me an eternity to find something that was going to work for me today, and so finally when I found cat and chicken I exhaled a sigh of relief. I have an appointment with one of my doctors today so it would have been the worst timing to have a video take me longer than usual to finish. I don't know what's up with me this morning. I think I'm just tired and I don't have the energy to go out in to the world and have to socialize.. but I'm hopefully getting some good news back on a bunch of tests today so here's hoping it all goes smoothly and I make it home without crying or falling on my butt, somehow.
