Return Policy

As Google refuses to post my products on my youtube without a bunch of legal jargon, here's hopefully something that will appease them. 

There is no return or exchange policy.
No legal one, that is.

Those who have not received their items or their items have shown up in poor condition in the past have reached out to me at either shop.manicpixiecatlady@gmail.com,
or, mpcl.ask@gmail.com,
and I have resolved all of those issues by sending replacements.

As this is not a legal agreement, I have to say that there is no return policy, but email me, and I'll help you out.

I understand completely if that makes you feel uncomfortable, as it is based on trusting a person you do not know. Hopefully I will have something more legit when/IF I can find any free time to learn how to do all of this... if you think you might be able to help me with all this and would like to, please reach out! It's just me over here, and I can only wear so many hats before I topple over. As much as I would love to, I don't have room in my brain for more e-commerce right now 🫠

And I promise I'm no scamy loser, I don't have the heart for that. If your package hasn't arrived after a month or so, it was damaged, or not what you were expecting, email me at either address above and let me know the sitch. I want first and foremost for people to be happy with shopping in my store because I appreciate it so much. I want to make sure you're happy with your product, and if there are any problems with your delivery or the product itself, please reach out.

Again, to make Google happy (hiiieeee Googs! 👋🏻) Everything I just said is not legally binding, so there is nothing that can be done, legally, if I decide to suck and not help after your purchase has been made. Legally, it is in your hands whatever the fate is of your purchase. 

As a very small shop, I am grateful for every shopper. And hope to gain your trust in that I will make sure you receive a product you are happy with. I want that for you, I just don't know how to do the legal bLah de bLoO important stuff yet...
