Me again... sorry, but this is a separate question... since I am in the United States & you are in Canada... do you know how we get packages here? Most often when I place orders from out of country they come from wherever the person is shipping from & transferred to DHL (honestly, I have no idea what ot stands for). However, I was wonderring if there was anyway we could "upgrade" delivery because DHL and the regular postal service (USPS) in my area are so bad! 😂 if not, I totally understand. Thank's in advance!😁

Thank you Alex - there's no rush to do this. Please take time. It would also be useful to get feedback from buyers if the clothing is true to size or if we should size up/down. I struggle to get clothing both in size & suitability for my age anyway as I'm super tiny & skinny due to having congenital kypho-scoliosis. I'm in large kids sizes around age 11-12 years. I'm lacking in the chest area too. Maybe 32" chest as a rough guide. But plenty going on behind as large spinal curves that cause pelvis tilt & a wonky waistline. Clothing is better loose not tight as everything twists around when I walk. But its all good -I'm not naked yet! 🤣

A size guide thing would be ace please. I guessed for the teens (and got it right, phew) but I have no idea what I would be... The differences between UK and US sizing a quite different and I suppose Canadian is a whole other thing!

Hey lovely. Just found this as a way of contacting you - hope it’s ok. It’s about the PREPARE sticker I purchased. It’s not sticky. I wanted to stick it in the middle of Jasmine’s wheel (I’m trying to attach pics but idk if they’ll upload. I did send them via Facebook) but the stickers immediately started to peel and I don’t want them to fall on her or the wheel. Instead of a replacement I can print out the word again using permanent vinyl if you wouldn’t mind letting me know the correct font. Love you! Lou 💕 Peeling 😿 Peeling 😿 :( :(

Aaaaaaaaaargg im kind of laughing now that I read that because I too VERY MUCH DISLIKE DHL.... they don't even try to get into complicated buildings, don't do PO boxes, and don't have pick up or drop off locations most of the time... but they are one of the companies that picks up from my shop, unfortunately. I found it funny cause ive been back and forth for a month now through email with my shop's company and they apparently can't do anything on their end to keep DHL from picking up my orders.. however, in the past i have personally just included in my shipping details something like NO DHL (or at the time it was Pulolator), and for the most part it worked. Im going to try something similar for the shop, as well as contact DHL about it and ill get back to you on how it goes!

thank you for this suggestion.. I only kind of realized recently that there really isn't one AT ALL! I'm looking into find one that is good for worldwide sizes too.. I'll do that as soon as I can! cause I've been doing size checks too by purchasing samples and that's not the right way to do it 😅 Everything does fit the kiddos ok though? They look great!!! It's so cool to see them across the pond!!

It definitely looks like less of a choice for Mystery. But I bet there's real affection there or he wouldn't allow it. "Fine, I will love you... if I must"

I suffer from depression and am always grateful for your adorable and funny videos. They are little rays of sunshine peeping into my dark days. Thank you! I have five cats and two little new rescue doggies. The first three pictures are my beloved 6-year-old chonkster, Halo. The next three pictures are of my five-year-old fluffy spoiled baby princess cuddlebug, Gracie. She was in bad shape when we rescued her but is doing great now! The next two pictures are sleepy-eyed Merlin, our darling little boy. He is 4. His elegant sister, the silvery-grey beauty (also 4), is Misty. She doesn't like to be touched because it messes up her perfect fur! Their plucky, feisty, ever-alert and affectionate 5-year-old mom, Meilani, is the kitty in the last two cat pictures. Amara is our little black and golden-brown dog and is a peppy 1-year-old who had been abused. Poor little Alfie, the little tan boy, was in a bad hoarding situation and malnourished and missing lots of fur. We have fattened him up, and he is starting to get a little fuzz on his belly. I know this is a cat zone, but my kitties have to deal with these new dog-things that have invaded their space, and they are part of the menagerie now, so I decided to include them.
